Hi Stacy
Thank you that really helps. The instruction on reading is good rather than just reading it like a book.
I will work through the pointers you have given for me.I did the first one this morning All it is and will do it again later today and report back. Then move on to some of the others you suggested.
I do feel something is shifting since starting this process. Life seems lighter and I'm not getting caught up in things so much.
Love
Kyle

Hi Stacy : )
I hope you are settling into your new home.
So I practiced All it is. I could feel there was the experience and an observer of experience The observer seemed spacious and vast (I had my eyes closed) and I have experienced this before many times when I dance or in altered states - with eye closed there is a vastness that is 'me' or in this case God.
Should I keep with this one or try the others. You said we are looking for a shift in perception. Can't say I have felt that but I like the intention of this meditation.
love and thanks

Hi Kyle I'm sorry I don't think I got notification of your last response. If you notice that happening write to me please..
Ilona is offering an 8 week class that I wanted to share with you.

That vastness may be your shift in perception
You can move forward with other pointers on the recordings.

Re: The truth of life
No worries Stacy. I thought you may have been on holidays over Easter.
I've been working through them. Did the 'Beginning thinking' which was hard but had a similar experience to the previous one.
Now jumped to 'Where is I' as it appealed to me. I felt drawn to this question in Ilona's pdf. Can I find the “me” as anything other than sensations, emotions, thoughts and stories about “me”?
Think I'll do them a few times and reflect back to you.

Hi Kyle,
Yes, "I" is a lie feeling of contraction plus thought.
That feeling of expansion & peace when you find no "I " is the truth feeling. When that takes over, there's the shift in perception..
Keep posting how it's going.

Hi Stacy
I hope you are well. Hows the new location going?
So I've been practicing the 'Where is I' pointer.
The first time I did it when asking where is the location of the I thought, I felt it was there when a thought arose about something related to my life. It was more a sense of I that was there, but I couldn't find a location. I did it with my eyes closed and it felt like I went very deep somewhere as i was looking.
Second time again I couldn't find the I. It was like it's nowhere, and there was a feeling of nothing. When a sensation or sound around I felt I was around it, or it was in me.
Interesting also as I was meditating this morning, noticing thinking about me (the psychological me my yoga teacher calls it, rather than the functional me) I was curious to notice the quality of the thinking that this teacher talks about. I have noticed that there is a particular energy to it, contracted, which I only really notice when there is no thinking and the contrast of that energy not being there.
I'll do this one another time then move to the next?
Love and thanks : )

Hi
The site seems to have recovered for now.
particular energy to it, contracted
Quote isn't working..
Yes, "I" is a lie feeling of contraction plus a thought.
Yes, practice any of those recordings. We're looking for a shift in perception.
