We are here to see things directly experienced. We are not interested in the beliefs.
Time is a belief, isn't it ? So what happens if you drop this belief now!?
Time has no actual experience but a content of a thought.
Where is time ? Can you smell touch see time ?
Or can you only think about it ?
Adil, I am trying to find time to invest in looking and responding the assigned exercises. It is a challenge.

Time is a belief. Time is a belief that is difficult to live without. There is just now when time is dropped and meaning and drive/motivation falls away too.

Time cannot be located. Time cannot be felt or smelled. I can only think about time.

So you see that time is just a thought, it is a concept right ?

now let's look to this idea of "me" - "self" again and see that it has no past;

The story of "me’ can seem to have continuity. Is it really continuous?
Or are there simply isolated thoughts that never can truly touch each other, some of them claiming that there's one continuous story ?

A center experiencing life..

Look at what is looking right now.

And show me the gap between experienced and experiencer?

Is there a witness center of experience somehow detached from what is experienced?

Is there a you, outside of what is happening?

Focus on feeling, what do you feel right now?

IS the center in the body ?

If yes, where in the body that sensation is located?

What is that sensation without a label?

There is no gap between the experienced and experiencer. They arise simultaneously.
Is there a witness center of experience somehow detached from what is experienced?
Just experience happening.
Is there a you, outside of what is happening?
There is a felt sense of "me" outside of what is happening. This sense of me is there because my mind keeps constructing "me."
Focus on feeling, what do you feel right now?
Tension. Different energy fluctuations. Pressure sensations.
IS the center in the body ?
Feeling happening in different locations, there is no center in the body.
What is that sensation without a label?
energy. sensation.

See.
Thought is creating a sense of self. It is imagination. A fantasy.
A center is no where to be found .

Actual experience of a sensation is again sensation.

Close your eyes and imagine holding a watermelon in your hands. Imagine it so vividly that you can feel its weight, the shape and texture of the skin. Hold it there, sensing it. Then open your eyes.

What happened to the melon? How about the sensation that was so believable? Was there ever a melon in ‘realty’? Was there an appearing mental image? Was the content of the mental mage (the melon) ‘real’?

The thoughts and mental images are real only as Actual Experience of thoughts and mental images, their appearance cannot be denied.

However their ‘contents’, what they are about (like the watermelon) are not ‘real’, they are just fantasies.
Can you see this?

The melon was real when imagining it. It disappeared when I opened my eyes. The sensation quickly vanished also. There was never a melon in reality. The mental image was real but the content of the mental image was not. I can see that the thoughts and mental images are fantasy. It is important to notice how much of what is thought is imagery and thought as opposed to real, seen object. Differentiating between "internal and external" objects (these are arbitrary labels) and real versus fabricated objects can be challenging moment to moment.
