Ok, please keep feeling the “temporary.”
How is it different from other senses like
pain or itch?

Best wishes,

Are you sure?
Are itch and pain all completely the same?

What do you find about all sensations?
Please don't intellectualize it, and answer it upon your
observation.

Well, each sensation feels different. But I don't really find that diffrence in sensing. There's just sensing, all diffrence I only find in feeling or mind.

So even tho all sensation feels diffrent, I can't really pinpoint the difference other than in ideas

Hi! What further do you find about "temporary?"
Has any other name popped up for it?

Other names such as "the decider", "controller", "me", "what I am" is found when I go to the sense of me

When sensations are differentiated and divided by thoughts,
What about when there isn't a thought?

When you don't think about the sense of me, what is the sense of me?

Sensations are not really affected directly by thought. The senses might seem to portray an understanding, but without thought(or any kind of understanding) the senses are just sensing, nothing else.
When you don't think about the sense of me, what is the sense of me?
Im not sure, it must not exist then. But there still always seem to be a background understanding that i am a seperate entity. All ideas and actions come out of that understanding, even though its not actively kept alive with a “sense of me”

Isn't that "understanding" same as "ideas?" How are they different?
Could you actually observe them and tell the difference?

Is "I am a separate entity" idea or not?
Could you give a yes or no?

Understanding seems like a non verbal idea. But yet the outcome is basically the same. Its a concept.

It is an idea/understanding yes. But yet the understanding seems more deep and true. Like a non verbal knowing of a truth.

Hi Kevin. :)

What makes "nonverbal understanding" deeper and truer than verbal understanding?

Warmly,
