Seeking more than an intellectual understanding

In Q3 Solstice say "There is some relief, some indifference" I'd be really interested to hear a little more about the relief and also the indifference if you could ask please?

Relief that all the worrisome thoughts that used to plague the day were easily seen to be just thoughts and not get attached to and sucked into thought loops. Indifference in that really it was always like this and so although things seem to have changed at the same time nothing has really changed
