Ok wow! I am most definitely open to finding out more about guiding…I would need to trust that you all know what to do and show me.

Thank you for taking the time to show me. To be honest I have few words today. I’m trying not to put my current experience into words and just let it happen.

No doubt as of yet but still a knowing and quiet.

I haven’t quite got the hang of the timers so I missed today’s zoom meeting but you shall see “me” there soon.

Yes when you are turned blue we will start the process.

I’m trying not to put my current experience into words and just let it happen.

Good. Be relaxed about it. No effort.

No doubt as of yet but still a knowing and quiet.

Good. Doubt is what the story needs to reboot itself. Let it not come.

This quiet doesn’t announce itself. It doesn’t need to. It never left.

No “aha.” No flash. Just this—utterly unremarkable, entirely beyond question. Not because it makes sense, but because it’s what everything appears in, as, and to.

The seeker’s gone silent.

Nothing needs to be added. No insight, no further seeing, no maintenance. There’s no ‘you’ left to carry it.

Just this.

Stillness. Clanking. Tension. Movement. Quiet. Flow. All of it, unowned.

Now tell me—what has changed? Not the past. Now. Right now. This week. This hour. In life.

What’s different now that wasn’t before this fell open?

Speak from direct experience. Nothing abstract. Let’s see what remains.

“What’s different now that wasn’t before this fell open?”

The openness is vast. Wider. It’s difficult to put words to but it’s as if my lense has widen. There is a stillness and quiet that wraps around everything happening. I don’t feel removed but I don’t feel moved, just flow, if that makes any sense at all?

While you and I were having our dialogue back and forth this week my 30 yr old son came by and he put all of the photos of he and his brother growing up right up until the time their father and I divorced. I hadn’t seen these pictures in almost 20 years. He had put them all in chronological order on his computer so we watched the whole lifetime unfold together. It was so fun to relive it all with him and although there had been many moments of great pain and suffering I felt non of that going through it again and felt an overwhelming compassion for their father, who had been quite violent towards myself. I was able to share that with my son and share some tears with him. It was really beautiful

A few days later he sent me a link to the photo book he had put together for his dad’s 50th. It was 150 pages long. Sarah wasn’t in a single photo. I watched the entire lifetime unfold again…only… I wasn’t there…and I WASNT!!! It was so bizarre!!! I didn’t feel left out or forgotten or overlooked. Nothing. It made me laugh out loud…it still does…there’s just this…HUH! That’s weird. And that’s it.

I’ve noticed several “small” moments of just…huh…that’s strange…I wasn’t moved…yet I’m moving…and on we go. Not numb to life…fully open to it and moving with it…but not overwhelmed by it…there’s freedom here. There’s a knowing that’s always been that is much more intimate and whole now.
