I'm continuing to LOOK as much and as often as I can and looking into the ButtChair nonverbal pointing. I have both the Liberation Unleashed books and continue to read and follow pointings in those book. I feel the desire to truly see and relaxing into that space and allowing more looking to occur.

I watched that one before but a while ago I think. I stopped myself from going further into the 2nd fetter lessons because I haven’t seen through the self yet. I don’t think I’ve really seen yet but I’m no expert. I’m looking some more today. ButtChair.

I watched the Fetter 2 lesson 1 video that you sent. I think my underlying belief is that I’m not enough. I do have a lot of doubt but one thing I’m sure of is that I want to see and know truth. I’m flexible in that my starting point doesn’t seem to be toxic. I can roll with the flow well, if plans change or the store is closed I’m ok with that- no problem. I accept what’s happening. I’ve found I’m very intent on seeing there is no self in looking/noticing while just allowing thoughts to arise and continuing to return to the looking and I have this desire and expectation that things will be better once I truly see there is no self.

Truth has an expansive, light feel.

Yes. Relax. Look for that.

Remember, there is already no self. All you need to do is notice that. This awareness can creep up or pop up when you least expect it. Practicing ButtChair and other pointers just prepare you for this simple noticing of what's true.

The thoughts just don’t stop. It’s difficult to just hear, just see, just smell, just taste, just feel. In Looking/noticing, thoughts still arise. A way around this commentary of everything doesn’t seem possible.
