Hi, yes, I had the jerks. My guide called it kundalini energy releasing... There is a book about it, which I'll check the name of when I get home... Might be Bonnie Greenwell.
And I had the spaciness big time, too! Again, the advice to me was to try to be in my body, particularly my feet. Walking good! My guide then (a diff one, not that it matters...) recommended yoga and stamping my feet. That helped me ..
But yes, both happen...and it can feel pretty disorientating for a time.
You're doing great!
Do you think you're "done"?

Re: Freedom
Oh, thanks, that’s very reassuring to meet someone who has had the same thing. I’ve read up, in the past, about the jerks and kundalini and it was helpful just to know it’s ok and let it be. I’ve got a sore ankle at mo and might try tennis tomorrow but don’t know if it’s good for it or not. Perhaps swimming... another thing is I don’t want to do anything, go anywhere, see anyone, talk much. It’s been like this for a while, feeling rooted or glued to home....just got to trust and not judge myself. Luckily I live with my ‘friendly ‘ ex-husband who knows me very well and doesn’t question it! I think I tend to question and judge it more than...more empty thoughts.
Oh gosh I wish I was ‘done’! Expressions like ‘will this ever end’ come to mind but onwards and upwards! So pleased you’re there, so fortunate.xx

Re: Freedom
Are you done in terms of setting that there is no self, I mean
Re: Freedom
There will be more to do after that: it's just the start, really
Re: Freedom
Think I am done although not sure I’m cooked through! What do you think? I’m not yet having what I read in GG towards the end of their accounts.
Re: Freedom
What is it that you think should be happening that isn't?
Re: Freedom
Haha! You’ve got me with expectations! Ummm suppose really the feeling of being gone, empty, nobody at home...felt a bit like that yesterday with no handlebars, free. Ontologically gone! Haha! But subtly it does sort of feel that’s there.
Re: Freedom
I recommend not comparing your experience with that of others at the moment: it'll be a bit different for everyone
Re: Freedom
Yeah, I know that’s right. Thanks
Re: Freedom
Lets come back to your experience in the garden...
xx
You've described this well - and I'd also like to hear something about how it was for you emotionallyHi, went in garden to be in nature. There’s no boundary except if thought creates one but they’re not real.
There’s no inside or outside in life.
There’s a certain stability/ stillness somewhere which perhaps isn’t included and yet it is somehow included in the movement of the whole.
There’s more of an awareness as included in the whole rather than a distant witnesser.
Yes the witness is sort of part of the movement and yet there’s a stillness about it.
There’s nothing which is not just happening as even the stillness/awareness is also just happening.

Re: Freedom
Morning Sioned,
I’m probably going to play tennis this morning but I’ll go back to the garden and see how I feel emotionally and get back later. Thanks for the link. I had read one or two articles on it yesterday. It’s very helpful. Speak later. X
