There are some questions for you to make sure you got it clearly.
Don't rush to answer. Let it sink. No one-liners in answers, detailed version please. Just to make sure.
1) Is there a you, at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
2) Explain in detail what the self is and how it works.
3) How does it feel to be liberated?
4) how would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about no you.
Accent on 2 and 4 here.
Ready to Die
Re: Ready to Die
1) Is there a you, at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
No, none can be found. There is a body moving around, and I am aware of it, but I am nowhere to be found in it, or outside it, I just seem to know it.
2) Explain in detail what the self is and how it works.
The self attaches I to anything it can, the self is just thoughts, it doesn't really care what it attaches itself to, because it never physically attaches itself to anything, it only needs you to identify with a thought, so it creates a thought that attaches to something you experience and says that "I am this." Once you believe in it, you are caught in the thought.
3) How does it feel to be liberated?
If this is liberation, it feels pretty insignificant. Life without any complications, just the mere presence of being here and nothing more. Just life without any interpretation, life felt free of labels. It's feels the same as how a white cloud slowly drifting across the blue sky feels. Very light, very natural, very calm, but nothing amazing, no orgasmic bliss, no magic or fireworks, just, naturalness.
4) how would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about no you.
That would be hard... It is the feeling of knowing that you are not, drop all identifications and you understand how easy it is to be alive, and how simple things are, how calm life is, it's like watching a wave lazily drag itself up a beach and then fall back down, just effortless, action without thinking, action without action.
I would the easiest way to experience it would be to look at water, connect with the feeling of the ocean, and let it teach you what it is to just exist.

Re: Ready to Die
Can you scroll up and point to the statement, or question, which forced you to realise, that there is no you?
Re: Ready to Die
"It is Life, living itself. No I is needed for life to be. And that is Freedom itself."
That was it
That was it

Re: Ready to Die
I'm glad about you mate - thank you :)
Let it be for tonight. Tomorrow I'll ask some other guys here look in to your answers and confirm you as done. Maybe several questions will follow.
Observe all that comes, let it be. Be free.
If any doubts, look at them as at forms. If still those are there -write them down here. We will look.

Re: Ready to Die
So that means you found your "I"? And what is it?
Show me it, please
Show me it, please
Re: Ready to Die
The structural "I" thoughts are back, the differnent things that define me as a person, the insecurities, the likes, dislikes, the familiar old self is back, and I am identified

That are thoughtsThe structural "I" thoughts are back
Also thoughtsthe differnent things that define me as a person
Also thoughtsthe insecurities, the likes, dislikes
the familiar old self is back
What is that? Any entity behind mood, thought, feeling? Look.
If there is awareness about "I am identified" - you are already not, right?and I am identified
All emotional crap, bad feelings, disturbing thoughts must arise and get away to be freed. Let all those things be as it is, don't fight them.
But at any time you must be able see that there is no actual "I" here. That disidentify you with that what is inside at once.
Try that. When there is an emotion, thought, just be with it as it is. Feel emptiness under it. Why bother about emotion. Emotion is not you, if you can see it. Look at emotion as it is - only vibration in the body. Why bother?
Any doubts about actual self?
