What is truth ?

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? Lu is focused on helping me find the truth, and break the "screen" ( which blocks me to see the truth)

What are you looking for at LU? I have been in the spiritual path many years , Osho , Mooji, Echhake tolle, Sadhguru , read some of the books, retreat , and retreat. I know masters are good, but yet to break the "shell " , hopefully LU helping me , lead me , point to me and break the illusion that I alway "in"!

What do you expect from a guided conversation? Guide thru energy , distance energy , by word or by any way, as long as let me see the thruth! , since my age year 5 , I been started asking " is this world real ? or is me this person real look at sky , or see thru door door gap， keep asking in my heart. never dare to ask people serounding.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? Reiki retreat, the master is power, wash away my fear, so much release, from there on I not so scared as when I was alone. Many other retreats I had join , I do not feel anything.

When I practive TM , they give a secret mantra, yes, can go in like very deep.. but to a certain area I can not go deeper as feel like my body , my mind will go out of control,, they can not help me from there.

I did do Korean Master class , Maum meditation, I can go deeper at all.

Then I do meditation mysself for many years. There was a time I was very focused, I can see, “cosmic starry sky” it was very real, very clear. Sometimes few small "explore " in my head ..4 ,5 times a night. Happen many times.
These few years I am not so focused. I am not like very hot to meditation, all I had done it is because wanted to find the truth , what is real

It is not for me to tell you an answer here. You ask if it is the "IImitless"? "Limitless" is a label. We are forced to use labels sometimes in communicating.

What can we say with certainty?

Noticing happens.

Noticing of thoughts

Noticing of sensations, seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, tasting

But what is doing the noticing? Let's find out.

conventionally it is said that "I see" and it is assumed that it is "eyes" that are "the body" (that is "me") that is doing the seeing. The words on this screen are seen. Right here and now find out what is doing the seeing. What is the actual experience? Is it an experience of "eyes seeing" or of "the body seeing"?

Thoughts may appear with various explanations or interpretations of what is happening but we must examine what the actual experience is like. Is seeing just happening?
