Yes, thoughts are just noise. I can see it now though also have to admit that controlling has been very deep in me.

Not completely noise, no. Some do say important stuff but it might be best for starters to see them as just noise for them to lose their grip on you. Thoughts just happen. Who cares what they say.

Can you do the exercise on control again, the "take two things" one, this time leaving thoughts aside? Just watch how the choice happens, whether there's a "you" doing it or whether it just happens.

Yes, there is no me when I let a coiche happen. Just without thoughts. And it seems that then the choiche is, the right one for that moment.

Good. What about major choices that happened in your life, like education, career, family? Did they just happen as well?
What I'm asking is whether you're absolutely clear that "you" have no say in the matter. Any matter!

I was just thinking about that ;)! It seems to be more difficult case. Espacially if the choiche isn't clear, f.e. two equal major choiches to deside.

It's the same principle. Was there a "you" making that choice, and if so where? What were the steps "you" took to pick one over the other? write them all down and then take each in particular and ask yourself if "you" did that or whether it just happened?

Yes, hope I understood your guestion right...when I'm thinking of major choices in my life, can see that circumstances start to be ready for a chanche. One step leads to another and soon there are things happening wirhout any forse.

Okey, some things I have forced to happen in my life, going head forward, but I can see that those choiches were not necessary well done.

Im confused. Do you or do you not make choices?
If you think you do, explain me how you actually do it. What are the steps?

I am talking about previous life. Now, when I start to realize there is no me who makes choises, situation starts to be different. I am learning to let go, no forcing and controlling.

Great!
In direct experience, can you find an “I” that experiences experience? Is there a watcher separate from the seen?

Very good.

Is there a self that controls breathing? that walks? that does daily activities?

No, breathing just happens like walking and other activities. I do not control them.

Does the body experience sensations and thought?
Is the "body" just another thought label for sensations (namely tactile & kinesthetic)?
