No self but yet no direct shift in perception has been noted.

I have been having some trouble sleeping. Now I am back at work since summer break is over and less time to focus on looking and reading. I haven't had the chance to read back through our conversation yet. I still remind myself to focus on direct experience in as many moments as possible. I will continue to look. Are you looking for distractions? Answers to all of your thinking? Or do you want to see that there is no separate self?

LOOKING is all that is needed. It only takes a moment of clear looking to see.

That said, we can't force it. If you want more videos, go to YouTube and begin at the beginning with Todd & Pernille Lent Damore. But I do suggest reading your thread first. You can repeat any of the pointers as much as you like.
