Ok, I have been doing the exercise in moments here and there. I will continue to do so and see what unfolds and what it feels right to message on here.

Additionally, just so you are aware I’m traveling and am now in California and will be going to Texas as well. I return to Hawaii June 30th but will continue to message as my travel allows.

Aloha,
Jazzmina

Please LOOK for any place where your butt ends & the chair begins.
There's a sensation of weight and something meeting it, holding it.
Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
There's the divider in that butt is felt as a sensation but nothing after it where it meets chair.

Please look more closely.

Is there really a divider or is it just one Sensation?

I have the sensation of butt but no sensation of chair apart from the feeling of something supporting butt.

ButtChair is the basic pointer to keep practicing.

Here is my DropBox with a few more. Be sure to listen to the Introduction.

I listened to the introduction and then listened to All it is. Body was still and experience was happening. A quieting seemed to be there in some way. There was a peace in resting in everything as God and God as the experiencer.

Hi,

I just got back home yesterday from my trip. This morning I listened to tracks 3, 4, and 5. In my direct experience, the place just a step before the thought was a gap, a void, an emptiness. I sensed the place as the middle of what I call my head. The effortless space of releasing the longing was emptiness. Receiving just happens on its own without any effort.

That sounds great, Jazzy.

Listened to tracks 4, 6 and 7. Sensing the fuzziness of the edges of what seems to be the body. Not finding a location of the I thought. A sense of pressure in the head. There's everything that's arising and the space that's receiving it. But no I. The I is feeling more like just a thought and there's more of an openness when there's looking happening.
