LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Thoughts make up stories which we identify with

What are you looking for at LU?
Truth, no suffering, peace, joy
Understanding how and why we can t grasp our awareness of being in life and why we wonder ask questions, don t feel whole with life in around us
These are the most important things i would like to know

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I ve written the guided 'seeing' and think i feel it but still wonder
As if there must be a reason the mind creates this imaginary self that we all take so for granted
I feel the erge to know hoe and what life is all about

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Studies philosophy, cultural sciences, interest in buddhism, tao

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?

Hi Line. :) My name is Kento. I'd be glad to be your guide.

To make sure, the main aim (if any) of the conversation here is to
question the belief that there is an entity called "self" and clearly seeing the
fact that it has been a thought-created illusion all the way along.

Everything else will happen or not, including certain experiences, but the focus
is not on that, but rather in an experiential knowing of the above fact.

Would you like to start the conversation?

Warm wishes,
