It's presence or life and it's everywhere.
What is it that's perceiving this?
It's presence or life and it's everywhere.
I'm not sure I can't describe it. Not sure how to look without thinking. When I relax, close my eyes and feel in to the moment, there's a spaciousness and an awareness of perceiving. What is it that's perceiving this?
When you use the word possessed do you mean - influenced or controlled by something. If you do. Then I can say no the awareness is not possessed by someone or something. It just is.Is that awaresness possessed by someone?
Funny not really thought about what I mean when I say it just is. As I look closer now, I realise I mean that it is just happening already. or it is just here now. or it is what's showing up now. It's what is appearing now. If I left out the word it just is. What's left - it is happening now. It is here now. It is the way it is now. It is the way it is showing up now. It is what is appearing now. All happening, appearing, showing up and here now without the influence and control of someone or thing. When you say "It just is," how does that apply to your everyday life - eating breakfast,
going to work, talking to people, laughing, getting angry, etc.?
Would you say all these are"just is"?
