You're right. It can take years to fully find & let go of the piles of false beliefs, issues, childhood issues, It won't happen all at once. You'll go in & out of it for a long time. We have plenty more we can look at here.Yes I did report seeing but I don’t feel like it’s all the way complete.
Stress is a product of false thoughts we believe. The Work of Byron Katie is an excellent way to question false thinking.
These are all very normal fears. I suggest you LOOK squarely at each one, using Ilona's video or The Work. If you need facilitation, we can discuss ways to do that. Sometimes fear seems big and its very nature means we may need a hand hold to get past it.Fear of losing more motivation and feeling that life is meaningless
