Does a sensation sense another sensation? How?

A sensation is felt by the body, but that sensation cannot sense another sensation. It's just a moving, changing flow of energy. At least that's what it feels like to the "me".

A sensation is felt by the body

Are sensation and body separate?
How do you perceive body perceiving sensations?

The body and the sensations felt are not separate. When I feel into who or what could be perceiving the body perceiving the sensations, it feels like nothing is there to perceive.

What do mean by "feeling into?"
What are you actually doing when you are "feeling into" it?

I pause and I repeat in my head the questions you ask. And I feel.

And I feel.

Do you, intentionally, try to feel something?

I don't force it or expect anything. I pause and ask questions and listen to my body.

Do you still feel that something is perceiving things?

Yes. It feels like there is something there that's perceiving.

Ok, could you closely observe that "feeling," and tell
which of these is the closest to it?

1. thought
2. image
3. bodily sensation

Mostly body sensation. But I can sense myself trying to create a feeling of what it may feel like to be no one. And I do yearn for it. I just want the suffering to stop honestly.

Why not stop now? One good way is to face it now.

It is no good to make "no-self" or "everything happens without the me"
an escape from suffering. It is worse to await for the above to
solve your problems; that's a mere wishful thinking, and has nothing to do
with seeing reality as it is.

Suffering awaits to meet you and end itself.

Please summarize in one sentence what makes you suffer most.

I do see and meet that suffering everyday. I confront it.
I cry. I grieve. I accept. But there is that part of me that feels as if I'm eternally damned for my mistakes. And it is true that when I think about how we are all one consciousness and that there is no real inherent "me", it does help with the suffering. Honestly, anything that helps right now is very much needed. I feel as if I'm barely hanging on.

What I suffer from the most is realizing my mistakes from the past and the fact that they will forever be a part of "my story."
