ah I think I see.
The self believes that it should be able to see no-self whenever and for how ever long it wants.

The self is the only one who can have beliefs.

This is tricky.

The sensation of trust and confidence isn’t felt in the body. It’s felt in experience. I see (until I forget).

What do you mean by "experience"?
Thought? Image? Or anything else?

How do you "see" it?

Please don't say "I just see" (remember the mirage analogy?)
but tell what makes you know that you "see" it.

I’m stuck on this. Can you please help me understand?

I think I wrote to in the previous explanation ...?
I wrote:

"We are trying to drop all the beliefs about what, where,
when, how self is, and look directly into what is here and now,
without any single conceptualization, and actually see whether
there is such kind of an entity."

No. Don't think about it; you are trying to understand by thinking about
self, but that's not the way. You could endlessly post that kind of
concepts, and it will go nowhere.

Please, don't rush to the answers.
Stay with the unpleasantness of not getting it.

I'd recommend that you only post when you answer my question, for
the sake of focus. Is that ok for you? Basically, one post for one set of questions.

hi bananafish, thank you for the time you've invested in shaping my inquiry. Your generosity in helping people see how life is touches me.

I feel our line of inquiry has exhausted itself (I think the medium; writing on a computer, on a public forum are contributing factors). If you choose to believe, please know that the experience I shared about the trees was written by me, based on my experience during a walk that afternoon. Your guidance played a role in getting me to this point, so thank you.

Goodbye and thanks again.

Hi John. :)

Thanks for letting me know.

Please come back any time you feel like doing so.
I also do Skype sessions, so please send me a message
if you are willing to inquire in a different setting.

Good-Bye for now.
Wishing you love and happiness. :)
