LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
The self that you think yourself to be is just a thought it does not exist. You are "awareness". What I have written is only what I have read and heard. I do not live this!!.

What are you looking for at LU?
I am looking for freedom. I am looking for the end of suffering
I am looking to be free from my mind which is where I live. I am looking to be free from obssive thinking. I would like to see "Who I truely Am".

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I am not sure. I would like to be shown who I really am. I would like to feel and truely live it. I would like to work with someone who truely has the ability to relate to me and help to set me free, so that I can find happiness in my life.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
For the past fifty years I have been reading every thing related to Awakening. About twenty years ago I discovered Adviata. I have read many many books and looked at hundreds of videos on that subject..I am a diehard seeker.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?

Above I mended not Too identify with any Words, reason being is Words aren't pointing too anything because Words are labels Concepts ideas never the actual Thing, always about this or like That ¿!¿

"WORDS ARE NOT THE THING"
I know that words are not the thing.
I cant seem to apply it. If I say my leg, I
know we are using words. The words point to something..a leg. If I say my self...I still think I am pointing to a me. I just dont get it.

but often connected. I dont understand how they
can be connected..if I am not the thinker.
