I’m glad to hear this. Just keep doing the work :) it’s an excellent tool to question are stressful thoughts.Have been doing Katie's work: bring up upsetting situation. write down thoughts in short sentences about it. question a thought/belief or two-writing it down, and turning it around. It has been very helpful to actually write it down..which i don't like writing b/c it hurts my hand..and now even typing hurts, but it is worth it. i have gotten some relief and also being reminded of how much the mind IS the cause of suffering..or the believing it.
Maybe this is the direction that you have to go right now. What do you think?
