Hi Rajesh,

I would like to ask you to learn to use the quotation function, so our conversation will be easier to read later for both of us.
So here is the link to a video again how to quote:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=660
I had 3 psychotic episodes, with each one ego reducing more and more
What do you mean by ‘psychotic episodes’? Are you talking about the mental disease of psychosis with hallucination?

Thank you Rajesh for your openness and honesty, I really appreciate it.

If you have had 3 psychotic episodes, then it’s not safe for you to investigate the nature of the self. It could do more harm than good.

Seeing through the self won’t free you from suffering, and fear, shame, and anxiety. These things won’t dissolve just because the self is seen through. It won’t solve these problems or make them go away, since these have deep seated childhood roots and probably chemical imbalances, which requires professional psychiatric help. If you are prone to psychosis, these investigations can make all the suffering and anxiety even worse.

So I strongly suggest you to get a professional help, since we cannot give you that.

All the best,
Vivien
