Okay.
Can you say 100% that there's nob separate:"self?"
If so, how does it FEEL to see this?

If I say "there is no self", the lie response occurs (gut contraction).
If I say "there is a self", the truth response occurs (gut expansion/lightness).

Interesting. Are you sure some thought that argued with the first one isn't what the contraction responded to? Don't go crazy with that, but it happens.
Here's a quote that reminded me of your thread:

The question here is what did you mean by these statements? It sounds as if you saw there is no self (again).

What you say feels right. Thoughts to do with time and doership are sticky.Interesting. Are you sure some thought that argued with the first one isn't what the contraction responded to? Don't go crazy with that, but it happens.
I don't know; I struggle to answer. Thoughts of doubt and inauthenticity arise. The question here is what did you mean by these statements? It sounds as if you saw there is no self (again).
This is question was interpreted provocatively. What are you waiting for?

Yes, thoughts, thoughts & me thoughts. But a "self? " Just a thought.

More thoughts.
Something to do with affirming uncomfortable conditioned beliefs:
"I'm wasting my time"
"I can't do it right"
Saying these aloud result in physical truth responses.

Re: How do I see past fear and doubt?
That's interesting, since "I" is a lie. But then I don't know what those thoughts mean to you.
I don't understand some of the truth/lie you say you're getting. But 2 weeks ago, you wrote this on March 28th"
This is the only pointer Ilona gave me when I was guided here. i practiced this for about 3 months. I call it:
ButtChair
Please LOOK for any place where your butt ends & the chair begins.
Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
It is simple direct & nonverbal. Just LOOK.
Then write what is true.

Are you practicing ButtChair? Have I given you that?I can say 100% there is no self.
It feels slightly expansive in the solar plexus, slightly lighter in the heart.

There is only sensation, and thoughts to do with the sensation.

Yes, good. We're looking for a felt shift, a point when you know, beyond all doubt, that there's no separate "self."
Keep practicing ButtChair & continue to write here for a few days. I did only this for 3 months.

(I don't know what to type that isn't a thought)
Noticing that, since the chairs are different over the course of a day, the sensation is different; and this stimulates thoughts.
Noticing that, the longer one exercise is repeated (or familiar), the more thoughts come.
