Good morning,

You liked ButtChair, so let's keep practicing that one & maybe Headless Way.

ButtChair is the only practice I was given here. I did that for 2 or 3 months & saw no self. It can definitely work. Approach it like a meditation.

Loving,
~ Stacy

ButtChair is a good one for me to focus on. I sit most of my day during work so it's easy for me to take some time throughout the day to practice the exercise.

Good!

If it wasn't clear, please continue to report daily.

How does it FEEL to find no separation?

Hi Stacy,

My apologies. I misunderstood, I was waiting to reply. I'll follow up daily.

It's a new perspective to recognize no separation. I had never looked for this before and assumed my sense of 'feel' stopped at the boundary of my body. I continue checking in with this sense daily. I try to quiet my mind while I feel as to not label or tell any stories.

I have also included the practice of noticing how my bodies moves through the world (cooking, walking down the street, typing) without any self needed to direct to it. This is similar to the hand turning exercise.

Great. Good practice.

I have a recording of something similar in my DropBox. PM me an email address & I'll share that.

Much love,

Hi Stacy,

I really like these recordings. I've been through the first 3 tracks. I especially like 'beginning thinking'. It seems that I am able to tap in to a space where there is little thought and no reference to self. But it is fleeting so I will work on staying in the space longer and longer.

Good!

I'm in there. That's me laughing on Zooming in on Death, when you get to that one.

Beginning Thinking is probably my favorite.

Remember, RELAX into it, don't "work on it."

Keep reporting how it FEELS.

Thank you,
~ Stacy

Hi Stacy,

I went thorugh "Chaos Creation" today and found it a very effective relaxtion method but I didn't find it as direct an experience of 'no-self'.

I will go through Beginning Thinking again tomorrow and report back.

Also, who is the presenter on the audio? These meditations aren't anything like I've come across.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi,

I have agreed not to give out the presenter's name.. He gave that class and no longer teaches. He went into an entirely different business.

Numbers 6 and 7 are probably where you'll find no self more easily.

Much love

Hi Stacy,

I meditated on beginning thinking again today. That is one I will continue to return to.

I will review 6 & 7 over the coming days.
