Hi Hursh,
Good to hear from you and thanks for the update.
Do you want to continue the investigation? (and/or get admitted into the LU post-gate groups and forums?)
Cheers
Mark

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
That's fine, Jill: take your time. Don't worry about writing the 'correct answer', just spontaneously and authentically.

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
Hi Jill Here are our summing-up questions. Please take your time with them and just answer them spontaneously, honestly and as fully as you can, from your present experience (i.e. practice rather than theory):- 1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or fo...

[23/07/2016, 15:59:49] Jilda: have to read it again.. hold on. [23/07/2016, 16:00:55] Jilda: I agree on both paragraphs. [23/07/2016, 16:01:13] Mark: So...

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
HI Jill Thanks for those responses. I was going to initially say, too be pain-free and to not be stuck at home but then the thought came, who controls that?, no one, so everything is as it should be. I don’t have like it. Who’s not liking it? No one. Great! I would just like to refer you back to the...

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
Hi Jill Thanks for your response. So yes, there are doubts about seeing through the illusion of self though there is no “me”.. haha, that's the funniest thing I have read all day! Since then after experiencing all the pain, dealing with the hospital, doctors, etc., it has been a very “me” experience...

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
Ok Jill
So, 2 more questions now to follow on from the 7 I sent you before:-
8. Is there doubt or unclarity that in all these cases the ‘self’ is nothing other than a mental fabrication?
9. Are there any doubts about seeing through the illusion of separate self?
Cheers

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
Hi Jill I agree, I guess there was an expectation that once you see through the illusion of a self, you can’t unsee it. Good that you noticed this expectation. I wonder if you can identify where it came from (eg some book, some teacher?), and any sensations associated with it? How could seeing ever ...

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
HI Jill Thanks for that. Now that I’m not 100% sure of. As I said earlier in the thread, I have had times where I can’t find a “me” at all and there is no separation in anything. But I then at other times I feel a distinct separation. I don’t understand if I’ve seen that there is no “me” why doesn’t...

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
HI Jill. Some great looking and noticing there! Looks like a stumbling block might just have been busted? Look for another day at a few more examples, and see if the same thing holds. Can you notice how, when something emotional or slightly threatening happens, there is a tendency for the body to ti...

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
HI Jill Thanks for those responses. 5. Can "the body" be found to be any more than label for sensations (namely tactile & kinesthetic)? This is could be rephrased as 'can a real 'me' be found in the bodily sensations (such as touch and interior sensations)?' 1. Have you been able to find, a ‘self’ t...

Re: I would love a guide to help me!
Hi Jill Thanks for your response. The (e) that I got was tightness in my chest and feeling of dread (putting a label on it)(e & t). I tried to accept and embrace it but it becomes exacerbated and I had to stop. What am I doing wrong? Waiting for your response in what to do. Is anything wrong with th...
