Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

That's you confirmed! Well done! You've engaged with this process well and whole-heartedly. Sadhu!
You'll shortly get a private message inviting you to the after-care group; look out for it.
It's been a pleasure guiding you, Sara.

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

That all looks good to me, Sara.
I'll re-read it tomorrow, and then run by the other guides. There are often questions at this stage, usually mostly of clarification, but will set what emerges. Xx

Re: insight

Great answer! I've realised this past week that I need a break from guiding, so I'm not going to be able to continue with here. My apologies for this. I haven't been able to find another guide to take over from me in guiding you as yet, so you may have to wait a little while. unfortunately. with bes...

Re: Not "Getting It"

Dear Bayou, I've realised that I need to stop guiding, for the time being, at least. Please accept my apologies for this. Stafford has agreed to take over from me and will now continue instead of me here. Hopefully that will all happen smoothly - do get back to me if that doesn't happen. Wishing you...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

Hi Sara, Here they are! Take your time and be sure to answer them from direct experience 1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever? 2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your ...

Re: Not "Getting It"

Great, there's quite a difference, isn't there?
Taste, smell and touch.
Imagine an orange or a similarly strong tasting fruit. Go through the same 3 steps and describe these 3 senses fully also.

Re: insight

Morning, Alaya,
Good answers!
How do you know in direct experience that it is "a bird singing"?

Re: Not "Getting It"

Hi Bayou Great noticing, lovely! Let’s go through the other senses in the same way. Try now to stick to only adjectives and no other words at all when describing the sounds or the imaginations etc. You can use other words when describing the difference. This next exercise suggests using a gong or a ...

Re: insight

Either sound is fine for our purposes here. Go with whichever s present now Now repeat the exercise and tell me:- How is it known that the sound heard was a bird singing (or wind) ? In other words, what is it that says it was a bird singing? What is the actual experience (AE) of hearing "a bird sing...

Re: ‘No doer of the deed is found...’

There is still a habit, but not a belief
- that's to be expected And that's the key difference: you no longer believe it
I think I’d like to look at the final questions - what do you think?
I agree and was about to suggest it!
I'll post them in the morning if that's ok.
Well done!

Re: Not "Getting It"

Good.
Can you talk me more about the actual experience of Judy looking at the lamp? (Maybe do that but again first)
