Yes, it is a strong, aching sensation a tightening and tingling sensation in both heart and gut.

Do you notice any change in sensation as you observe it?

The point here is to notice the breath, and also notice when
you're trying to do something with the breath.


Just being with it is another way to put it.
But careful not to "try" to be with it.

Notice that "trying."


Please give it another "try."
